Richard Lester Rhodes II is an award-winning creator in the producing, broadcasting and audio engineering fields. A Kennedy Award recipient and founding member of Reality Ranch Unlimited, Richard has decades of experience as a writer, director, producer, and in many other industry disciplines. A former DJ and studio designer, Richard has remained at the forefront of cutting-edge immersive audio technology, and is currently designing the nation’s premiere post-production facility. Richard's feature film producing credits include From Christmas, with Love, Merry Birthday, Happy Christmas and Christmas Cards.
Kate Mobley

Kate Mobley is a director, writer, and actor based in Memphis, Tennessee. Kate wrote and directed her debut film, "Shattered," which was chosen as one of the Top 10 films to compete for the Memphis Film Prize in 2021. With a long history of acting on stage and in film, Kate is best known for her roles in Close Caption and Cubic Zirconia. Her writing credits include A Mary Little Christmas and Colorado Christmas. Her love for the industry propelled her to begin producing films such as Merry Birthday, Happy Christmas and A Mary Little Christmas.
Elgin Cahill

Elgin Cahill is an award-winning film and television producer, writer, and director. Elgin grew up in Queens, New York. Early in his career, the Walt Disney Company optioned one of Elgin’s TV-movie scripts, making him a working screenwriter at the age of 19. Since then, he has spent years perfecting his craft as a writer/producer/director. His feature film producing/directing credits include Colorado Christmas, Crowded Christmas and The Christmas Contract
